    Xbox one goes black after green loading screen


    I have done a reset on my xbox one console several times and still goes black after the green loading screen. When I press my home button on controller I do have an option to login to my account but apps do not appear. Sometimes screen will go frozen as
    well. I have tried switching tv's as well as HDMI and power cords. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello there, 👋

    I do see you have done a reset on your Xbox, Have you tried a hard reset?

    hear are the steps on this

    1. Press and hold the power button down on the front of the console until it powers down completely.

    2. Unplug the power cable from the back of the console

    3. Press the power button on the front of the console a few times to ensure any remaining power inside the system is drained.

    4.Plug the power cable back into the console and wait for the power brick light to change from white to orange

    5. Turn the console back on.

    Yes mate I was going to suggest that as well any small pin in the HDMI cable can cause big issues to let's hope it's not the case and it's just the Xbox being funny and can be fixed 😁

    I had a similar issue a couple years back n it turned out that my hdmi cord was bad. Might check that as well
