    Xbox One goes black after green loading page


    So I power my xbox one on and it goes to the green screen and has three white loading bubbles, after about 10-20 seconds it goes black and I hear the short little noise telling me I'm logged in but my screen stays black. After about 10 seconds of sitting
    with the black screen, my xbox just turns off. I've tried hard reseting it by holding the on/off button for 10 seconds but the same problem occurs. Please help.

    My xbox one dashboard went black, no wallpaper.

    I've had a similar issue, except i'm trying to start up my xbox one and after the green loading screen everything just goes black and I can't do anything

    XBOX one wont load up

    My sns xbox one wont load up. when switched on the green screen appears as if the computer is loading then after a while goes to a black screen.

    anyone have any ideas?

    Hello there, šŸ‘‹

    I do see you have done a reset on your Xbox, Have you tried a hard reset?

    hear are the steps on this

    1. Press and hold the power button down on the front of the console until it powers down completely.

    2. Unplug the power cable from the back of the console

    3. Press the power button on the front of the console a few times to ensure any remaining power inside the system is drained.

    4.Plug the power cable back into the console and wait for the power brick light to change from white to orange

    5. Turn the console back on.

    if that still does not fix the issue you are having don't hesitate to reply to this post and we will try other troubleshooting steps

    Yes mate I was going to suggest that as well any small pin in the HDMI cable can cause big issues to let's hope it's not the case and it's just the Xbox being funny and can be fixed šŸ˜

    I had a similar issue a couple years back n it turned out that my hdmi cord was bad. Might check that as well
