    Xbox one ghosts has stopped working


    I have the downloaded version of cod ghosts brought straight from the xbox store and it's worked perfectly since day one. Last Sunday it froze mid online game, I turned off the console, restarted and just after the big ghost face appears I get a black
    screen and nothing else. I have uninstalled and reinstalled three times and I get the same thing every time. I can't try a different profile as there is only one on the console which is mine. All my other games work perfectly. I'm currently reinstalling it
    for the fourth time. Fingers crossed.

    how do you delete the cashe and delete the title update and afterword does it work

    I've had the same issue, but I bought a disc. Thought it may have been the disc, so I got a new copy, that copy does the same thing. So it does not appear to be format issue, it's affecting downloads and discs.

    Followed his advice and got the answer - power cycle the machine by holding down the Xbox light on the front of your console for 5 seconds - let it sit for 30 seconds and then turn it back on- problem solved

    Followed his advice and got the answer - power cycle the machine by holding down the Xbox light on the front of your console for 5 seconds - let it sit for 30 seconds and then turn it back on- problem solved

    I have not had this problem myself, but I would suggest clearing your cache and deleting the title update. You can do this by..

    -

    Clearing cache:

    ' Dashboard > Settings > System > Storage' and press ' Y ' on your Hard Drive and select Clear System Cache.

    -

    Deleting the title update:

    ' Dashboard > Settings > System > Storage > Hard Drive > Games and Apps > Call of Duty: Ghosts ' and select the ' Call of Duty: Ghosts Title Update ' and select Delete.

    -

    If this persists, try doing the same but uninstalling your profile as well, before you clear the cache. Then re-install it after you delete the Title Update.

    -

    Uninstalling your profile:

    ' Dashboard > Settings > System > Storage > Hard Drive > Profiles ' and select your profile, and select delete, and then select Delete Profile Only.

    -

    Installing your profile:

    Press the Guide button on your controller, and go to sign in. Select download profile on the bottom on the list, and enter your credentials.
