Xbox one getting teredo error message

I've tried everything from resetting the router in combination with xbox hard reboot and nothing I do seems to work all I get is "check your internet connection on a pc" all the computers in the house are connected no problem all the devices are connected
no problem but my console won't connect at all it worked one time for a split second I was able to log in and see messages and friends than it instantly cut out again, this all happened out of the blue I was playing my game and it cut out. I checked my update
status and it says update failed, but what update? I was never prompted to update, saw nothing about an update but yet my console is stuck offline. Whenever I check my connection it just says no teredo connection.... This is getting tiresome being run around

testing multiplayer troubleshooter and select that specific error message.

it says network isn't set up which isn't on the list of error messages it can't be my network because every single other device computer or otherwise is connected perfectly fine and have full internet access, my xbox is the only thing that won't connect

 

update: I plugged in a wired connection and it gave instant connectivity everything is up and running but this isn't a permanent solution, I'd like to know why it all of a sudden won't connect wirelessly

 

In order to determine the root of the issue be sure to test the console on another wireless network such as a friend's network.

If you run into the same issues there we suggest
factory resetting the console.

If the reset still does not clear the issue up then a repair may be needed.
