Xbox one, getting reported for no reason.

Ok so, lately I have been playing GTA V A Lot, and just because im better than them they think I have god mode. Or they just report me for cheating. Just cause I kill them. And this morning I got a message saying 'Due to negative feedback from the community,
your rep has fallen to needs work. Try to be friendlier on XB live. Like I dont wanna get banned, I already have for nothing at all. Im just saying this to let you guys no that im not doing anything wrong. I am always friendly on xbox live. I have reported
a few people for reporting me for just killing on GTA. But anyways. I hope you can help me with this, so I dont get suspended. Thanks.

I never ever get into parties with random people or chat with randoms. I only ever message someone if they team kill me and even then it's not anything offensive. I also haven't messaged anyone in the past week because I've been grounded. Yet when I come
back for my second day of playing my communications were banned for harrassment or something like that. i haven't spoken to to anyone. I have no idea who reported me or why and this is stupidly broken because now I can't communicate with me friends because
some kid decided to report me for no reason. It makes no sense. Xbox please fix this, this is the secodn time this has happened to me and if it happens again im going to have to stop using your products. I have always used Xbox since the original console but
if my experience with Xbox live doesn't improve then I will have to switch sadly

Besides that there's not much you can do

 

While you will not get banned for having low rep, you will be matched with people with like rep. This can make it difficult to get into matches. Especially if your rep falls into the avoid me area. It is in your best interest to not allow your rep to fall
any further.

 

I have similar experiences but suspensions occurred for me. A player online threatened me and spammed me with his friends to get my banned and that's what happens. All because I wouldn't give him my gift code for him to buy mods. :/ Kinda sad isn't it. Especially
since no one has even attempted to reach out of help me.

All complaints are investigated so you will not get banned because someone and his friends reported you a bunch of times

 

I Recently Was Reported For Communications Or Whatever You Call It , I Wasn't Even In The Party With The Kid Who Reported Me . He Simply Just Reported Me Because He Couldn't Beat Me In The Game Of NBA 2k16 . I Feel Like This Is Unfair & Wrong Because I Didn't
Even Do Anything Wrong , Please Help Me .

 

Communications covers more than just party/game chat.

If you have done nothing wrong then you have nothing to worry about.
