The error code it gives is. 8027025a which is when you try to sign in or start an xbox one app.

All the tutorials that teach you how to fix it, you need to be able to go through settings and mine won't even let me do anything.

I've unplugged it for 10 sec multiple times. The power block is white while the xbox is on and orange when it's off. I've unplugged the only internet cable. Is my xbox one broken? What's going on?

Xbox one stuck on black screen (no error code)

My xbox one is stuck on a black screen after the green loading screen and no error code has appeared then it turned itself off after afew minutes. Can anyone help me out?

Also when i turn on the xbox its a black screen then 10 minutes later it goes to the green loading screen and then another 10 min it displays the error code E200 0000001E 00000000

had the same problem, was stuck on the green screen and then kinect didnt even receive any power anymore. Was giving up hope already but after restarting a few times and then just waiting it out it turned to the black screen and after 2 minutes of the black
screen it just started working again. Keep believing friends and good luck!

Is the Console stuck at the green loading screen or are you just seeing a black screen? Or is it a Error Code your getting?

Usually after a cold reboot you will get the green screen and then a black screen. That is intended. Allow the Xbox One to keep booting up for a few minutes if you haven't already left it to continue loading. I suggest leaving it for 5-10 minutes when the
screen goes black to ensure it has had time to do what it is doing.

If you get the error text again, make note of it and contact Microsoft Support.
