Xbox one gets no internet from mobile hotspot

Internet went down in neighborhood, (wifi/router still works and shows up in network settings).

I connected my xbox one to my mobile hotspot and while trying to play Destiny 2, it gives me the error message:

ATTENTION

No internet connected detected. Please check your network configuration and try again.

Tried following the instructions on that website to no avail.

Tried restarting xbox one and still no solution.

(When I press the home button, it gives me access to all the xbox home tabs at the top, such as friends online, indicating that there is some level or internet connection going on).

Closed the application again and reopened after connecting to device for a few minutes and that resolved the problem.

It's possible that Destiny needs more data throughput than your phone can provide. I would recommend checking with Bungie as indicated in the error message.

It does seem like an issue with Bungie servers, as you are connected to Xbox Live. I would suggest checking to see if maintenance is going on or if other players are having issues via twitter. A power cycle to your console may help resolve the issue.
