Xbox one Gears of War Custom edition - Doesn't have previous game versions

The codes should be sent via Live message within 30 days of you redeeming the code for Gears 4. If it's been over 30 days, you'll want to post in the Sales and Promotions forum so support can get you the codes.

It seems that Gears of War Ultimate Edition is NOT a Play Anywhere title. So even though Gears of War Ultimate Edition is available as a PC version, and a Xbox One version, getting the One version doesn't make the other available for your PC.

So you can play GoW UE on your Xbox One, but in order to play it on your PC, you'll have to buy it again, or subscribe to the Game Pass for PC.

You must have played Gears Of War: Ultimate Edition before December 31st to receive the previous Gears titles.

Hi Jacky. I believe that the deal containing all of the previous GoW games was only a
pre-order bonus. The game launched on October 11th, so if you purchased on the 17th you may not have been eligible.

This is what I found on Xbox Wire:
