Xbox One Gamesharing Question (PLEASE HELP)

If I gameshare DLC with my cousin (who lives in a different state) for Black Ops 3 DLC,will either of us be banned from Xbox live?

No one here can really tell you 100% whether you would be banned or not. It's recommended that you keep your console as your Home console (which is really best if you have to play offline), but you shouldn't be banned for having someone else's console set
as your Home console. However, if you share your login information in order to do so, that does violate the code of conduct.

This has always been somewhat of a loophole in terms of the way their policies are phrases. In short, though, the answer to your question is no, you won't get banned.

As Smwutches has already stated, in order to share with your cousin who is out of state you would have to share your login details (violation of TOS), and then have to sign in to each others profiles (also violation of TOS). So yes, you can be banned for
violating the TOS.

In this specific case, if he shares his account credentials and let's the other person use his account, then yes it would be against the rules. As long as you don't do that, though, it's condonable.

 

yeah just go round the geezers house and login yourself, no ToU violation then is it, set as home console then ya can delete your account from their Xbox and it will remain the home Xbox until ya change it again
