    Please help.

    My son and I have 2 different xboxes. (Xbox one) For some time now, I bought his games on my store so I could play with him on live, sharing gold. I recently bought a new xbox with the 1T. I set everything up and added him back to my family so he can
    share from me again and for some reason, it's not letting him download the games I bought for us and not letting him in party chat anymore. Is there a reason for this and how do we go about fixing this issue. I do have a gold membership btw.

    Any help from support would be appreciated.

    You can only with one ( gameshare only works between 2 consoles)

    When you purchased a new Xbox One, did you change your home console? If so, your son's Xbox One would no longer be set as your account's

    Xbox One Home console    , which would prevent him from accessing Xbox Live and the games you've purchased. Check out this Home console troubleshooter.

    Gameshare only applies to xbox one and x

    Also gamepass isnt sharable

    Only the gold part is

    Only the primary can use game streaming

    How to set up multiple xbox consoles

    You can put all three xbox's on family settings one woulda have Xbox Live GOLD and one would show but the rest would also have gold. Hope I helped. Gamesharing/ Account/ Personalize/ Make my home xbox

    You can set the account with gold as your xbox home and gameshare with it. It will allow the other console to use the gold as well and share the same games!
