Xbox one games won't show up

    Xbox one games won't show up


    Hi so recently I bought a new Xbox one s and some of my games won't show up in my games and apps. I can search them and download them in the store but that's annoying lol, I like to look at all my games ya know "out of sight out of mind". Ive refreshed
    the games and apps and ive restarted my Xbox. Ive had the Xbox for about 2 weeks now hoping it would fix it's self but no luck. If someone could help me be much appreciated, thanks!!

    If you have already attempted the troubleshooting steps linked above and you are still unable to see your Ready to Install list we would advise that you start a new thread and detail the problem so that we may provide further support.

    Take a look at the following support page and see if by any chance you may have your Ready to Install games hidden.

    That's great! Thank you for letting us know this has solved the issue, sometimes the list will be hidden by default, doesn't happen all the time but we have seen it happen. I do apologize for the inconvenience but glad to hear you can see your ready to install
    games.
