My Wife and I pay for accounts, but only have one "XBOX ONE." I am going to Download my free games, but will I be able to Download her games as well on the Same Console and be able to transfer them to her Console when we pick up another one?

My Thoughts as of right now is to buy and External Hard drive and download all here Items to it.

Any console she signs into, she will have access to her digital purchases. I just bought a 2nd for my bedroom, loaded my account, & downloaded everything I have on my main unit.

I've two LIVE accounts active on the same console, although in June we will be able to cancel for a refund, I will most certainly be doing this. Note you only need one LIVE subsription for all users on the single console... also, if you get a second console
you can share all games between the two.

It should be possible, but in the same situation with my wife and I on Xbox 360 I would have to delete the game first or it would not give the option to buy it on the 2nd account, just play it.

you are doing it wrong.... eliminate ONE account as gold... especially if it NEVER leaves the house.... NOW.. say you get rid of gold for your wife.... keep your account as gold... purchase ALL games (digital preferred, and you will see why) on your name...
when you get a second console... say for the bedroom where your wife will play...give her the OLD console you currently are using... put new one where you will be playing with YOUR name.. make YOUR HOME CONSOLE hers... this will unlock all games you BOUGHT
AND OWN available to her for free... (reason for digital).. as a silver account.... now all those games you bought are still tied to your name.. log onto the new console... download your content... and enjoy.... welcome to XB1 family sharing

When Xbox games with gold existed u get Xbox 360 games free and Xbox one games free. The Xbox one games u claim for free are only free with a gold subscription when it was gold. Now it's gamepass core. But when Xbox games with gold was a thing the Xbox 360 games u get for free are permanent. But Xbox one games are not. U have to keep ur gamepass core to have access to your free to play Xbox one games with gamepass core that u claimed with gold back then.
