Xbox One "Games with Gold" not working

When I try and install the Xbox One "Games with Gold", the install goes to 100%, then says "Installation stopped" and throws error code 0x87de07dc

"Cobalt" is not currently available through Games With Gold. The currently available games are "Race The Sun" and "Battlefield 1" for Xbox One, and "Dante's Inferno" for Xbox 360.

I was informed that that is not the case.

Could you try power cycling (support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console) your console(s) and try again?

 

Tried power cycling, that did not help. Thanks for the suggestion though!

Currently in the same boat here.

 

I can't even get the installation to start on my end.

 

Mine stopped too. First the 90% loading screen bug in Watch Dogs and now this.. Just perfect.

 

Same for me. Way to go Xbox.

same here, try to download Max, 99% install stops....i has restore the factory settings and install all new, now i found that info - MS has a issue....jesus....3h lost... -.-

 

There's now a Service Alert up about this issue:

support.xbox.com/xbox-live-status

Check that page for the latest information; it should get updated regularly (usually every half-hour) until the issue is resolved.

I hope this of some help. Hopefully the issue will be sorted out for you all soon.

 

The June update fixed this issue for me, if you're having this problem, apply the latest system update.
