Xbox One Games with gold not in Xbox One download queue when acquired from the 360

I recently received my Forza special edition Xbox One in the mail.

As per the instructions provided by Major Nelson in this video:

I have 'claimed' several of the games with gold games for the Xbox One via the 360 Games with Gold (G.W.G) menu.

I know I did it for these two

Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeros

So Many Me

I think I did it for Assassins Creed: Black Flag (but, I may be confusing this with something else) I tended to grab them when they would pop up... I don't really remember all of them.

I did this for this months current games as well and they did not show up initially in the download queue on the One. I did however get these games as i could select them from G.W.G. on the Xbox One to start the download.

According to the video these games should of been in my queue for the Xbox One. I signed in with my profile as per the setup process for the one. My understanding (from the support chat) is this downloads the profile...

When I search for the games in the store they have a purchase price although metal gear initially said unavailable... (probably a coincidence)

The person from the support chat did not seem to understand my issue.

Is there anything that can be done about this? The person in the chat said the games where not in my purchase history so I don't have them... but the G.W.G games that are for the 360 are also not in my purchase history, yet i downloaded them and can play
them on the 360...

What is going on here?

On a side note I download my profile to a USB stick on the 360 as appose to having it on my hard drive... I don't think it would make a difference but, I know few people who do this. (... just sitting here grasping at straws)

Xbox 360 Games with gold on Xbox one

I came to the games with gold online. I purchased the FREE Dungeon Siege for 360 using my Games With Gold from Xbox One. It says the game has been added to my download queue but even after restarting my Xbox One and resetting the cache, it never appears
in my queue. Am I missing something?

Buying on sale digital games on XBOX ONE

You can buy the games through the website (Xbox One Games | Xbox) and they will be in your Download Queue when you pick up an Xbox One, provided you use the same account.

You can also 'purchase' the free Games with Gold (at no cost) so they too will be ready to download. In fact, you can actually do this right from your Xbox 360 dashboard: navigate to the Games with Gold tab, click A and it will show you the Xbox One games.
Simply purchase them and they will be added to your Xbox One queue, even if you do not have an Xbox One yet.

Note, however, that you will need to be a Gold member for Deals with Gold and Games with Gold; the account you used to post to the forums appears to only be Silver. Also note there is no way to get the free Games with Gold that you have missed, or the Deals
with Gold you have missed.

You're welcome! I'll add that there is an exception to what I said. If you're on Xbox One when you claim an Xbox 360 Games With Gold title, it will indeed be added to your download queue on Xbox 360 automatically. So, in fairness, there is a chance that,
if you bought the games on Xbox One (or via the web) and you've not signed onto your Xbox 360 since you bought them, they may well be in your queue when you start it up. So there is that!

Another possibility is that the Xbox 360 active download queue attached to your account is full. This happens when you purchase content for the classic avatars from the 360 era (not the new-generation
avatars which are still in preview) and backwards-compatible 360 games and have opted to download the content automatically. Even when purchased on the Xbox One or the website, claiming these items will fill the Xbox 360 download queue attached to your account.

If that's the case, then the Xbox 360 download queue is separate from the Xbox One download management system, and currently, the only way I am aware of managing Xbox 360 active downloads is from an Xbox
360 console.

If you do have access to a 360, just sign in with your account, press the Xbox button and tap the left bumper to the Games & Apps blade, go to "Active Downloads" and select the option to cancel all. That
will clear the queue. Clearing the queue does not affect content purchases; they're still yours.

I occasionally get the same message, and doing the above exercise resolves the issue for me. Currently, I'm not sure what can be done to clear the Xbox 360 download queue if you don't have access to a
360 console. There used to be a way to manage the 360 queue on the website, but I can no longer find it. And on the Xbox One, the 360 guide which is loaded when playing backwards-compatible games does not have the option to cancel active downloads.

Yes, you were able to get them for the xbox One from the deals with gold app on the 360 and through xbox.com

However a couple of them don't appear to have synched properly as when I came to the download queue on the Xbox One they didn't appear.
