Xbox one games with gold missing from library

i have recently purchased an Xbox one (01/Oct/2015) and had previously (since April) been adding to my library every games with gold for Xbox one
from my Xbox 360 as i knew i would get one(the first i added was Pool Nation FX). i was expecting to have about 10
games but when loading my console up, noticed the only two i had were Assassins Creed - black flag and Tomb Raider - definitive edition. over the last week or so i have had Metal Gear Solid V, So Many Me, The Deer God and How to Survive-Storm Warning Edition
appear, but am still missing a few, also when i view the games that i do have in the Xbox store it mentions i can buy a copy. why does it show "buy a copy" if i already own it, does it mean if i delete it i cant download it again.

as of now I'm have games that I have played that I got with my games with gold are now missing from my game library "thief / sunset overdrive and lovers in dangerous spacetime. looking around the forums I see I'm not the only one having this problem/bug

Out of nowhere now all my games with gold are missing from my ready to install section? Im missing over 30 games. Can you explain this or fix please?

 

Exactly the same problem here...

Games I am missing: Pool Nation FX, Child of Light, Massive Chalice, Idarb and Rayman as I remember.

 

Is anyone from microsoft going to help us? I was advised to add my query as a new topic, i had commented on a thread with the same problem but with different games missing. thought someone may have at least acknowleged my issue. Or are we wasting our time?

Sorry to hear about the trouble with accessing these games. Just to check on a few things, are you positive you were signed in with the correct account when you redeemed these games? If you had another account on your Xbox 360 console please go ahead and
try those titles.

Do any of the missing titles show for you in your Ready to install list under Games & Apps? If you're not seeing it there, try removing your profile from your Xbox One and add it back. When you get a chance let us know if you've tried any other troubleshooting
steps.

I am also having the same issue. Games missing are Castlestorm Definitive Edition and Massive Chalice. Removing profile and adding back did not help and both titles show prices if I view through Xbox.com. I also selected these through the Xbox 360 and in
my Download History on my console are "Content No Longer Available" with dates that match up with when I would have selected these. This message does make sense since those titles are not currently listed in the Xbox One Games With Gold section on 360.

 

Removed profile but this did nothing. Tthere is no ready to install section, as games that were there have already been installed(AC4 & tomb raider).

 

I'm also having this problem. In particular, I'm quite certain I grabbed Child of Light when it was available. I'm also pretty sure I picked up Massive Chalice. Now that I've got an Xbox One I see Rayman Legends and Deer God, but nothing else that I've
picked up through games with gold, including Child of Light. My household only has the one xbox live account, so it was definitely that one that was used. I'm very concerned. Child of Light was actually one of the bigger reasons I was excited to finally
get the console.

 

Can I ask why the online chat support team know nothing about this? I just wasted over an hour of my life trying to explain to the lady that I watched an official xbox video on my 360 dashboard explaining how to "reserve" games for the xbox one when you
buy one. She told me I didn't and that it is physically impossible to "reserve" games. Well thats clearly not true as when you click the xbox one game it pops up telling you have reserved it!

SO.. after finally getting my Xbox one today, I won't have Rayman legends and Assassins creed black flag. Because It is apparently impossible to reserve games.

Would it be possible to ask an xbox employee that knows something about games with gold scheme to help me? I made sure I logged in especially to reserve Rayman and its not on my list.

 

there are lots of people who have this problem, yet the online chat support as has been mentioned donot know it was possible(i also spent a couple of hours trying to explain it, but gave up). i have emailed and was told it would be looked into but have heard
nothing since(almost 3 months ago).

i am beginning to think microsoft dont care as we have already bought the new console. pretty poor service if you ask me

 

Same problem. I've purchased a game for free with Gold. I played months ago for a few minutes, uninstalled. Yesterday I tried to find the game in the library and there is not. In the store is to buy.

Microsoft makes no purchase invoice, because the purchase is included in the GOLD contract, so how can I prove that I have purchased the game?

Has the technical support solved the problem?
