Xbox One games think I'm not connected to xbox live

I am trying to play multiplayer in Halo, GTA, and my other games, but I keep getting told that I am not connected to xbox live, and will need to connect to use this feature. I am sure I am connected, all my network tests come back posistive, and I don't
know how to fix this. I am a member of gold, have an open NAT type, and have never had a problem like this before this week. Help please?

Xbox live not working with backwards compatible games

I recently bought a 3 month xbox live membership and it works with xbox one games and the free month game downloads but xbox 360 games seem to think that I'm not connected to xbox live and i cant play games such as battlefield 3.
is there an easy fix to this problem?

Connected to Xbox live, games are saying i'm not.

My internet 100% works on all my devices and on my xbox as well, I'm able to go on youtube and download games and updates, it says i'm logged into xbox live. Then I go into games like Rocket League and 2K and try to play and am met with a "You are not connected
to xbox live" message. I have tried restarting everything, even clearing the alternative MAC address, nothing is working.

I'm not sure but 2 things you can check.

do you run the latest Firmware for your Router

If you can enable "internet ping" or "wan ping" on your router I would enable this only to try if it gets better

Also having this problem. When I go to network settings to Test Multiplayer Connection, it reports a 100% packet loss, even though I have the port forwarding set up correctly. Test Network Connection gives me an all-clear, and it downloads updates just
fine -- it just forwards me to an info screen that invites me to buy an XBox Live pass every time I try to join a multiplayer game, even though I'm using a trial membership right now.

I'm having the same problem I can connect to the Internet but it will not connect to Xbox live. I used to be able to connect to Xbox live and now I can't I think it's my router.

I have an issue connecting to Xbox Live on the Xbox one, I've tried every troubleshooting solution and nothing's worked. I tried connecting on the 360 and it connected without a single problem. Any solutions with the Xbox One? I'm starting to think it's
an internal issue because my internet connection is really good and I rarely jae any issues with it.

Another update, I've convinced my parents to move the router to my room so I can connect my xbox to the router with an Ethernet cord. I don't disconnect from xbox live anymore (I don't think), however I am still getting disconnected from games (I think I'm
losing connection to the game servers). To be clear, I was losing connection to xbox live before (I was getting the message at the bottom that the connection was lost).

I'm having the same problem. When I went to play Left 4 Dead 2 about an hour ago, it said I had an update. Afterwards, when I went play it (on my xbox one), it says I'm not connected to xbox live. I am connected to xbox live on my xbox one, but the game
- through backwards compatability (xbox 360) - says I'm not connected. Frustrated!

What is the error message you receive?

Does this only happen on certain games?

Are you able to connect to Xbox Live?

Thank you for answering me XBF Crystal!,No,the problem it's actually with new gen games,i'm sorry if i was not clear,i put the xbox 360 example because i just want to let them know there's not problem with my internet connection,it depends of wich game i'm
trying to play,but generally says the servers aren't available,and this happen on all my xbox one games

,i think i'm connected with xbox live because i see all the adds and if i go to the network settings say's im already connected to xbox live,i even create
and pay xbox live gold membership on a new fresh account and it happens the same u.u
