Xbox One Games Store not fully scrolling

This has been an issue for some time now, when I go to the game store and scroll down to look through titles...well, it ends way too soon and stops scrolling before I even reach 1/4 of the games I know I've seen before. I thought this was a preview program
issue, but I refuse to install that on my new S and yet the store still has that issue.

XBOX 360 store no longer accessible on XBOX one

I'm not quite understanding myself what it is you're exactly looking for.

The Store is accessible from the main menu by pressing the right bumper three times. I think before the update, this would break up the store tabs (on top of the screen) into several media categories (Games, Apps, Movies, Music). However, with the current
update, the store is kept as one tab and all the categories are accessed by scrolling down.

If you're looking for the entire library of Xbox 360 games, it's best to just browse the store from the Xbox 360 console. The store pages on the Xbox One seem to filter out Xbox 360 games that aren't backward compatible with the Xbox One (e.g. search "Halo
3").

Let's start with a simple power cycle on your Xbox One console by holding the power button until the unit fully powers down. If the issue continues after that, try clearing your locale Xbox 360 storage by navigating to 'All settings' within the Xbox One
guide, scrolling down to system settings and selecting 'Storage'.

Hey, Errant Paradigm! The Store now only shows games that are recently released, and no longer shows the full amount of games that have been released. Could this be what you're running into?

 

I guess that's where the problem is. When I click on "all games" it simply goes to "new" games and I can't actually see any older titles...which makes no sense, as they are obviously still for sale and should be part of the store. Simple fix for them to
do, must be a foolish error, after all why would anyone purposely limit what people can buy from them?

 

I thought that might be the case. We've seen a few complaints about this, however this is currently a by design feature. The best thing we can suggest at this time is to do a search on the
Feedback site to see if someone's posted the suggestion to revert it, and give it a vote if you find it. However, if it's not there, we do encourage you to post the idea yourself! You are free
