Xbox One Games startup without disc

Earlier today when I clicked on one of my games (battlefield 1) I noticed it started up the game without the disc. I tried turning off my Xbox and turning it back on, but it still starts it up without the disc. I have never bought the game digitally and
usually if I try to start it up without the disc it won’t let me. Seems very odd to me. Anyway of fixing this?

On startup, I get this error message after the green Xbox one startup screen. I've done the hard reboot, with and without the kinect sensor plugged in. Please help. Thank you!

 

How to manage the startup options of your Xbox 360 Console

You can easily choose what starts when you turn on your console.

Here is how:

• Go to Settings pressing the Guide button on your controller, and then proceed to System Settings.
• Go to Console Settings.
• Proceed to Startup and Shutdown to select Startup.
• Now choose from the following startup options:
  
  Disc: You can select Disc to play a disc automatically when you turn on the console.
  Xbox Dashboard: If you select this option, you’ll see the Xbox Dashboard on your display when you turn on the console.
  Windows Media Center: You can select this option to start the Windows Media Center when you turn on your console.

 

Do you share the console with anyone else who may have the game digitally or do you have EA Access?

 

Perform a power cycle and then try it again:

Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

If it still works, you might have EA Access or a game sharing partner who bought the game.

 

You May Have Ea Access or Someone hacked into your account and Managed to Buy it Please check your order history

 

Check if you have an EA Access membership, this would explain it.
