    I purchased Shadows of Mordor last month for the Xbox360. It was on sale for $19.99. The port to 360 was so terrible that I won't play it. It's much worse than the negative reviews online make it out to be.

    A week or so later I went out and bought an Xbox One and I'm really enjoying it. I would like my account to be credited $19.99 so I may purchase Shadows of Mordor for the Xbox One and play the game as intended.

    If I transfer game licenses to a different 360, will it also affect Xbox One games for that gamertag?

    We had 2 Xbox 360s and sold one to get the Xbox One. Some of the games were purchased on the Xbox we sold, so only the purchasing account can play them. I'd like to transfer the licenses for that gamertag (not this one) to the Xbox 360 we still have.
    But I'm concerned that this will also transfer that gamertag's licenses for Xbox One games, rendering them unplayable. Does the license transfer tool in 360 Account Management only transfer 360 games, or could we lose the licenses for the Xbox One games? Thanks.

    None of the backwards compatible games would be sold in Xbox One cases. They would be in 360 cases.

    Look at how many units the 360 sold and how many games have sold. The next one will be backwards compatible for sure, or MS is crazy. How could they not want the 360 library to work on the next console?
