Xbox One games shuts down and returns to home screen

So, I was playing forza horizon 3 and the game froze and it closed and returned to the home screen. I opened it again and it worked for the rest of the time I played. Then the next day I bought a new car and now whenever I exit the festival it closes and
returns to the home screen. It kept doing this no matter how many times I tried. I need help.

Major console issues

I got my xbox one about a year ago (upgraded from the 360) and it's always given me issues.

Soon after i got it, I would start a game, get to the loading screen and then it would just shut the game down and return to the home page. While really annoying, I could live with it. Every now and then it would also just randomly shut games down.

Now the console is freezing on the green start up screen, with the screen just glitching out. Have to hold the start button to shut down completely to do anything. On the odd chance it actually gets past this, any game I try run just shuts down as soon as
it gets to the loading screen,

Has anyone experienced these issues and is there a fix?

Software stop responding tryng to return to the Home page from Bluray player

I ve a XBOX one S. New!!!.

When a FHD bluray is running, if I try to return to Home screen the Software hangup and does not respond.

If I try to shut down the Console the proper request screen does appear, but it is not possible to select a choise.

Please fix the software of XBOX One S. It is very poor quality and a bit caotic.

This same memory error is happening, starting after the last warzone update, the game crashes and returns to the home menu, or no xbox home menu and even shuts down the xbox a few times

Did that and after it still chimes the power buttons light comes on but shuts down before boot screen. Iv made an attempt to send it in just to have it returned with the claim its been tampered with. No one else has acess to the console in the home.

I found a work around. No idea if it's permanent or not. Remove your profile from the Xbox One. Return to home. Hold down the power button for 10 seconds to clear the cache. The screen will go black, and the Xbox button on your controller will begin to pulse.
Release the power button, and the Xbox will turn on, this time going to the green "Xbox One" screen. After it returns you to the home screen, proceed with re-adding your profile and signing in.

Sometimes, I'll hold the guide button down when the notifications pop-up only to have my controller automatically turn itself off or bring up the shut-down prompt instead. It's one of the things I don't like about "hold [guide button] for more details" or
double-tapping to switch from a snapped app - with the Xbox 360, all you had to do was press the guide button once and it worked every time without fail. The last console was consistent with it's guide button, this one not so much, and it's all in the name
of returning back to the home screen quickly... Quite frankly, I think it should have been designed in such a way that you only had to press it once rather than hold it down whenever there was a notification on-screen. If you wanted to go home, you would have
to wait until the notification was gone. Or they could have designed it so you press the guide button once with notifications, but have to hold it down in order to go home; then if you wanted to turn off your console or your controller, you simply held the
button down from the home screen (and to return to your open game or app, you simply used the tiles on the home screen).
