Xbox one games shut off after loud buzzing sound

Your games are crashing on you. Please try powercycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down to see if that helps.

If it does not you can try doing a factory reset on the console. There's an option to keep installed games and apps and your saves will be safe on the Cloud.

If you still have the same problems there may be an issue with the console that would need to be repaired

if that doesn't help you may need to start a repair order.

go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices/, select your Xbox, check that it is registered then select start online repair.

It usually only happens to me when my xbox is getting to hot, so try and make sure that isn’t the issue.

have a look at the fans/vents on the console, is it full of dust? if so the console is likely overheating so clean the dust out and move the console to somewhere better ventilated

if not, maybe speak to xbox support to see if they can offer assistence as there may be a known issue requiring a repair (as long as it is under warranty)

I'm officially off the Xbox One version of the game. Since downloading the game my XBOX ONE freezes, makes a buzzing sound and shuts down and restarts or exits to the dashboard!!!!!
