    Xbox One games quit to Xbox One Dashboard


    Occasionally I will be playing a game like NBA 2K15 or Madden NFL 15 my Xbox will just quit the game and sometimes just freeze and quit to Dashboard.

    Are you running anything in the background? I.E Twitch? Party Chat?

    No I don't use anything but TV and the game itself. Sometimes I quit TV but it still happens.

    Have you had the chance to get it a power cycle? Its possible one of the system processors are getting confused. If its simple to get to, maybe also just pull the power cord wait a few minutes and let the Xbox reboot.

    I've also done that. It doesn't just happen to me either. It's like some random bug or something. My brother has Xbox one and he said the same thing happens to him.

    It happened to me on Destiny for a couple days, I removed the power cord and restarted it and never had a problen sincex sorry I couldnt be of more help. Maybe your right, it could just be a random bug, and me power cycling was just luck and it will happen
