    Xbox One games on Windows 10 laptop


    I'm having trouble trying to get Xbox Companion up and running. I downloaded the App from the Microsoft App Store but when I launch it I get the following error message:

    We can't sign you in right now. Try again later (0x406)

    I've done some searching around but not found anything that seems to work, sometimes I also get (0x404), what am I missing or doing wrong?

    Any pointers much appreciated.

    Ok, sometimes there can be an issue if the MS Account and the profile you're trying to log into are mismatched. Have you tried any of the solutions from the thread I posted?

    Do you mean signed into xbox.com website? If so then yes its the same account that my gamertag is using.

    You can't uninstall the app, but if you go to Settings > Apps and then find the app, you can click "Advanced Options" and then select "Reset" which should accomplish the same goal, as they've changed the app structure around Xbox since that original thread.
