Xbox One games on Games with Gold not getting purchased through 360

Okay, I wasn't too sure where I should post this, but once I noticed I could get Xbone games on my 360 from Games with Gold, I started purchasing them since Rayman Legends. Now my problem is that I would click on one, and it would say it is now mine for
my xbox one, but I noticed that after I had done that, I'd come back a day or two later and it would not say that. So I would click it again. Well this got me thinking. I wanted to find a list of all the XBone games I've purchased through this method. I found
out that on xbox.com I could search a game, and look that way. So I checked The Deer God and MGS V Ground Zeroes and it says I own them, but Rayman Legends, Child of Light, Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, and So Many Me are apparently not owned by me, even
though I distinctly remember clicking on these as well. So I want to know what the deal is and why I didn't get these games, and if I will ever be redeemed. That's only 7 of 11 games that it says I'm getting.

Games with Gold Xbox 360 2/18

Is anyone else having issues getting Split/Second through Games with Gold this month? My Xbox 360 just says "coming soon" and that Games with Gold is "currently unavailable". My Xbox One just doesn't show the game in Games with Gold at all.

I can re-download any 360 game I purchased through games with gold or otherwise to my 360 console. Why doesn't this link show Xbox One games? Does another link exist for Xbox One Games?

Hey, Polly! I'm sorry to see that you're running into this, and I'm currently working on tracking this issue. From the looks of it, you currently do not have an Xbox One, correct? If you do have one, please head over to My Games & Apps and scroll to
the right to your Ready To Install screen. If you aren't seeing it there, please make sure your console is set as your Home console.

If you don't own the console yet, let me know! Since it looks like you've already checked the website, all I need to double check is the Xbox One settings. I'll be able to look into it further once you confirm that bit!

He's trying to confirm the purchase of the games has gone through for when he does purchase an Xbox One. The 360 is not showing signs that it's been claimed so he's tried doing so through the PC which is asking which console to install the games
on. Since he doesn't have a One yet, the purchase won't go through there.

From the Games with Gold FAQ:

I have Xbox Live Gold, but I don't have an Xbox One console yet. Can I still redeem Xbox One games and save them for later?

Yes. You can get two free Xbox One games every month through Games with Gold, directly from your Xbox 360 or on Xbox.com. Build your game library every month and have games waiting for you when you move
to Xbox One.

If you do get an Xbox Live Gold membership for your Xbox 360 don't forget each month to redeem the Games WIth Gold games for both the Xbox 360 and Xbox One, this way if you do purchase an Xbox One at a later stage as long as you still have an active Gold
subscription the Xbox One games will be available for you to download and play in addition to the Xbox 360 games.

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to get that game with Gold.

Do you mind if I ask you which game?

If it's a backwards compatible game, I would suggest trying the "purchase" off a Xbox 360.
This being because the 360 console can communicate with the
Xbox 360 marketplace thank the Xbox One that has to access it through an emulator.

You can purchase the games with gold games for the One on the 360, but not other games. You can purchase Xbox One games via the website though and they should show as ready to install when you get the console.
