Xbox One games not working when I am signed in to my GT

Have you signed into your account on a console or windows 10 device with the account that owns the game? This feature can only be done when the console is linked to your account and is set to instant on mode (standby mode), and is connected to the internet
and is set to your
My Home Xbox.

If you have and it still doesn't work please do the following to download your game:

If the game is for Xbox one:

Go to My Games and Apps > Ready to Install > Find Paladins and install.

If the game is for Windows 10:

Go to Start > Microsoft Store > At the top right, click the 3 dots and then go to My Library > Games > Download Paladin.

Heres how:

My games and apps >> Settings >> sign in, security and pass key >> Instant sign-in.

This will now instantly sign you in when your xbox is turned on.

Remove the other account:

Settings > Account > Remove Accounts

Press the XBOX and select:

Profile > Add > Add new > Log back in.

Then, go to Settings > Account > Sign-in, > Security > Change my sign-in > Disable Password requirements to sign in.

When it is already ON please try to sign in. And if incase it won't work kindly turn Off two step verification.

Go to https://account.microsoft.com > Security> Two-step verification> Turn off.

Once it is fully Off, please try to sign in to Xbox App and Microsoft Store and see if it works this time.

If you are the owner of the game, check to make sure the Xbox is set as the home. If not, set it. If the game is not yours, then the gamertag the was used to buy the game will have to set the console as the home. This happened to me with PUBG. I downloaded
it under my BF GT by accident and his GT is not set as the home console on the one in my living room, but it works when I sign him in, I can play the game.
