XBOX ONE GAMES NOT SHOWING OWNED IN STORE ON XBOX X SERIES

If you own a digital copy of Resident Evil 4 on Xbox 360, it should be available to download and play on your Xbox Series X because it is listed as a backward compatible game.

It's not backwards compatible. The Xbox One port of the game works on the Series X, but the 360 version is not playable on the Xbox One or Series X|S.

The Xbox Series S/X has 3 USB ports, just like the Xbox One. From the sound of it, you have the Xbox 360 S. If that is the case, the 2tb drive you own will work, only if the drive is a USB 3.0/3.1 drive. Please note, the only games that will work on the
drive will be 0g Xbox games. Xbox 360 games & Xbox One games. Any series S/X games will have to be stored on the consoles own storage, which includes the consoles external SSD.

It's just xbox one

Now with series games physical games are only compatible with series x

This does not include xbox one x or s

There appears to be an issue with the Xbox Series X/S version of Grand Theft Auto V being compatible with the Xbox One Xbox One X version. Therefore, the Xbox Store may not allow you to purchase the Xbox Series of the game if you have an Xbox One.

Buy the Xbox One version of Grand Theft Auto V. This version of the game is compatible with Xbox One X and is cheaper than the Xbox Series X/S version. I'm not sure but I think it's no longer available to buy in the store.

If you decide to upgrade your Xbox One X to an Xbox Series X or Xbox Series S, you can do so through the Xbox Store or an authorized retailer.

If it doesn't look like the one you have, then that means you own Xbox One. Please know that GTA Online is only compatible with Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S.

GTA V stand-alone is not offered in the Store anymore, though, it's only available in a bundle here: https://www.xbox.com/games/store/grand-theft-au... click "Choose Editions" to see varieties of the bundle.

Moreover, you can process a refund by signing in at xbox.com/refunds
