    Xbox one games not showing on the app


    I'm looking to get a series S due to the size but none of my Xbox one games are showing on my owned games amounts. I have tried logging out and in again and still not showing. I'm logged into the same account as before but not sure why this isn't working as with out it I can't play my games on the new console.

    having the same issue where i record a clip on the xbox one and then dwonload them via the sahre section of the game dvr clips on the xbox app, but doesnt show up in the app after i download them. shows in the folder but not in the app.

    Go to the My Games & Apps App on your Xbox One and scroll to the right. It will show all of the Xbox 360 games that are eligible for installation.

    If it doesn't show the game under the My Games & Apps, do a hard reset on your console (hold the power down on your console until it completely shuts off).

    So the "Xbox one console and Xbox apps" gamertag wont show a suffix in games that support it?

    My last gamertag had a suffix for both so i have no idea which of the two gamertags was being used. Basically, if i were to change my gamertag to the ones in the picture, will the "Xbox one console and Xbox apps" gamertag show a suffix in game?
