Xbox One games not on profile

I got an Xbox One on New Years Eve. Ive installed 15 or so games, and yet only about 6 show on my profile. Master Chief collection seems to stay there, but pretty much all the others have disappeared, including ones where I earnt achievements. They dont
appear on this website, the app or the console. Bizarrely enough the gamerscore seems to have gone up. Just look at my profile card to the left. Wheres my Xbox One games!!! I got Magic the gathering and Halo **** the other day and they dont appear nowhere,
so whether digital or disc it doesnt make a difference.

I thought it might be the whole Lizard squad debacle, but its the 7th now. My sons Xbox One is fine and everything is unlocking as it should be, and has pretty much over Christmas.

Looking at the problems on this forum, and the sheer volume of unanswered threads, Ive got to wonder if this is going to be the case for me. If this is the case, then I'll have to consider whats the point in keeping it, or investing any more money
in it. And it will be my last Microsoft console too if I dont hear from someone.

Please post ip a fix or at least let me know tjis will be corrected in a future update.

Gamerscore issue

My proper gamerscore is displayed on my Xbox One profile, but it's not on my Xbox 360 profile. For some reason, 280 GS that I earned in an Xbox One game (Lego Batman 3 Beyond Gotham) are not being counted. I should have 4080 GS for Xbox One games, but
on my 360 profile, it only shows 3800 GS. Is there a solution to this?

 

If I clear local Xbox 360 storage...

it will clear the 360 profile from the Xbox One. Not the main profile.

When you next run a 360 game on your Xbox One, your console will download this profile again.

OAP Slaine only your 360 games show at the moment had mine since day one still only 360 games.

 

As mentioned by GrowlingYapper only 360 games shows up here on the Xbox.com website.. but as You've noticed the gamerscore from the Xbox One games is included in the total gamerscore on Your gamercard here on the site..

The Xbox One Smartglass app however shows all games you've played, on both Xbox one and 360,Progress & gamerscore/achievements..

(but the xbox 360 smartglass app only displays 360 games last time I checked)

 

Ive since earnt achievements on Halo Assault and Magic and now they stay on my profile. So is it safe to say that for the Xbox One you have to earn at least one achoevement for it to appear on your profile? It certainly seems to be the case.
