    Xbox one games not loading up


    Hello,

    I recently purchased an xbox one and am quite confused as to something that happens every now and then, but is none the less annoying. For some reason when I turn on my xbox console and go to load up a game it will bring up the loading screen for the game
    about 10 seconds, fade to black then bring me back to the dashboard. No matter how many times I tried turning it off and on re loading the game still never managed to get me past the loading screen. I find that the only fix to this is to pull the power so
    that the console completely resets.

    I heard that this is due to a problem with the ram cache caused by the fact it never goes off standby, although that's all I could gather from the very little information around. Is this unique or is there answers to this? Will it be fixed? I also occasionally
    hear fan grinding from inside the Xbox, but that is a separate issue.

    Any info would be appreciated.

    It is correct that there is no ETA. We all understand it's frustrating and we apologize for any inconvenience. However, there's nothing that can be done except wait.

    I'm seeing a lot of people having this problem and its taking microsoft a long time to fix this problem. I have been watching the service status all day and its not changed.

    Hit the power reset quikcer way hold power button for 8 secs see if this helps

    you may want to install your games again maybe

    I have friends that this is also happened to, I doubt very much it is to do with corruption of the games as it works again after being completely reset, just an inconvenience that I feel could be fixed very easily if Microsoft came out about these kinds

    I have friends that this is also happened to, I doubt very much it is to do with corruption of the games as it works again after being completely reset, just an inconvenience that I feel could be fixed very easily if Microsoft came out about these kinds

    try powercycling your xbox by holding the power button for 5-10 seconds it usually fixes those type of issues
