Xbox One Games Locking Up

So I've had this issue across two Xboxes now: whenever I attempt to play certain games the entire console restarts after a lengthy crash sequence. The games this has happened for include Overwatch, Neverwinter, Paladins, Mass Effect Andromeda (singleplayer
and multiplayer), Dark Souls 3, and Warframe. I've factory reset the system and tried almost every single solution I could find. My current Xbox is less than six months old and I was having this problem fairly early into it's life span. The issue also persists
regardless of what internet connection I'm hooked up to.

Did I miss a magic 'make my console do what it's supposed to do' button during setup?

He hardly gave any spoilers, the gold chest was a DLC bonus so everyone will know about it.

This issue is happening to my friend and there seems to be no resolution. :-(

My game keeps freezing too! at first i thought it was my disc because all of my other games worked fine, so I returned it for a new disc. I tried out the new disc and it still freezes but not as much, but its still annoying trying to play and then all of
a sudden it freezes. I wanna play this great game but I can't because it keeps freezing

You mentioned the issue persists with multiple internet connections. Have you by chance tried disconnecting completely and playing while offline? Also, do you have a different profile on your Xbox one you can test the games with?
