xbox one games keep failing to open and games keep appearing in ready to install

still got the same problem after trying this

try te deconnect and reconnect your profile

Try make the Clean in your Profile and reconstruct your account in console

You may have a corrupted file somewhere. You could try factory resetting keeping games and apps so you don't have to download everything again.

To factory reset keeping games and apps. Go to settings, All settings, System, Console info, Reset keeping games and app.

If that doesn't work you will need to do a full reset of the console and start fresh unfortunately.

Thanks for the updates with your games not opening. Since you have tried multiple troubleshooting and the soft factory reset didn't work. We recommend a full factory reset, there could be a game or app with the corrupt files preventing this. You will do
the same steps as for the soft factory reset instead at end you will select reset and remove everything. All save data is stored to the cloud, so you will not lose any of that. Once you then set the console up and have profile on the console. Install one game
and see if it will open. Make sure to let it completely install.
