xbox one games keep crashing to dashboard

I have a problem where my games crash. At first, I that it was just something that happened every once and a while but it is happening way too often. It's not limited to just one game, I have this problem with all games especially multiplayer ones which
crash the most. I have at least 2 crashes a day.

NBA2K14 and BF4 crashes and instantly sends to dashboard randomly

same problem with battlefield 4 and nba 2k14 can't even enjoy the games it keep crashing to dashboard

assassins creed origins keep crashing on xbox one x

my xbox one x keep crashing when i play assassins creed origins its freeze an kick me back to the dashboard

only assassins creed origins is crashing no other games

i have do following steps

delete all saves

power cycle

clear cache

factory reset

unistall an reinstall the game

if i install the game offline i can play without crashs ,when i go online update the game the crahes are back

the ubisoft support can not help me

I've got the same problem. It has done it to 3 different games and does it twice a day. For me it started ever since the live update on the 13/7/2017. Before that I never had this problem. I contacted Xbox support and a person and got treated me like I was
stupid and done everything they said and still happening. Even told them if it keeps happening I would go back to the ps4 and stop buying for Xbox one all together. They just laughed. This games crash is becoming a joke.

It just happen when I play atlas Game any other game I play work just fine
