    Xbox one games installation stopped


    Hi

    Recently I bought Sniper elite 3 on the Microsoft store but when I try to download it only downloads 1.78GB then says installation stopped. I have tried clearing local save data, unplugging and plugging the power cord, resetting to factory default, and reformatting
    my hard drive (by accident) and I can't do the install while offline cause it was a digital download. is there any other way to fix this issue or should I just go and get a refund?
