    XBOX One games hang on start


    I have XBOX One with kinect and Dance central spotline APP, Russian locale

    For unknown reason I can't launch games: Dance Central, Peegle 2, Zoo Tycoon (disk) for example. But Chariott is working

    I have tried all the things support recommend to do.

    1. Cleared user profiles of games

    2. Reinstalled games.

    3. Returned Xbox to fabric settings.

    Nothing helps. When I launch game I see starting movie, may be start menu. But then console either returns to main screen or do nothing with black or white screen hanging till I push the X-button.

    Help me to fix this problem.

    360 to xbox live disconnect

    Why won't my downloaded 360 games played on my xbox one connect to Xbox Live anymore? They certainly USED to. Frustrating to lose so much progress on games and have to start over!

    At this point, several of them won't even load anymore and just hang on the 360 screen or when trying to connect.

    Is this a known issue, or is there something wrong with my xbox one?

    Gaming minds would like to know.

    SmartGlass companion hangs..

    SmartGlass companion hangs at "Loading Battlescreen" on Windows 8.1 x64.

    Though the app can connect to XO and start the game, when I'm on Conquest it just hangs at "Loading Battlescreen...".

    Did anyone else have this problem and knows how to fix it?

    Sorry to hear it. Can you please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down then unplug everything from the console and let it sit for 5 minutes.

    If that doesn't work try deleting the games and then redownloading them.

    This doesn't help. Tried twice. XBOX stayed unplugged for 12 hours. Nothing happened.

    What else can I do whith this peace of plastic?

    Sorry to hear your having this problem. Try this.

    1. Go to Settings

    2. Go to System

    3. Click on Clear Local Saved Games (This only deletes data off console. Game data will Sync when you open game)

    4. Xbox will restart after clearing data

    5. Open Game (Data should Sync and Games will now work)

    Problem was solved by the guarantee support. I gave my XBOX to the store I bought it form. They have returned a new one. I mean replaced bad XBOX with a whole new with an excuse letter.

    All works fine now.
