One of the games may have been a code that came with the console but I am unsure. I don't believe it did. I've performed a soft factory reset and a power cycle with no effect.

No there are no other profiles.

I am unaware of any 'home console feature' set up currently.

I have gone over my purchase history and nothing is there. These games were not purchased over the Xbox store.

We suggest trying a power cycle
of the console.

If the problem persists, try doing a
soft factory reset of the console,
reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system.

good morning if a game starts updating it already forms part of the gaming file if you cancel then the entire gaming file is removed, best option will be turn off automatic updates so you can choose if you want to update or not
