Xbox one games going missing.

Yes they did disappear from my library and yes they want me to pay again

In these cases you need to contact support, and I always try to keep the purchase receipts.

I have noticed lately that 3 or more games I have purchased on Xbox store have gone missing and when I go download them again they want me to pay for it again. Everything I have seen on this has said to check download history witch only goes back
3 months and purchase history only goes back so for as well. This is straight out stealing I have achievements from there are games and even screen captures of some of them they are not cheap games either Grand theft auto 5 dying light was both expensive games
when I first got them and now they want me to pay again I can't even believe it. There must be a solution??

Gosh! This sounds like a frustrating isssue!

I would definitely contact xbox customer support when possible! They should be able to look into this matter and address the issue.

I also suggest you try removing your profile from your console and doing a full system reset on the console, then go back on and re-add your account.

Please also check your xbox billing history and make your the payments were 100% processed. (Helps with proof of owning the games when you address the issue with customer support).

I'm not sure how far back you are trying to look in your purchase history but when I sign into my account at account.microsoft.com I can see everything going back to the date that I opened the account in 2015.

The only reason it would not show in your order history is if it was purchased on a different microsoft account.
