Xbox One Games freezing

Hi, I am trying to play a variety of games and the games keep freezing (and making that god awful noise when it does). So far since the issue manifested, I have only been able to play 1 game without a crash (Halo : CE).

Games where the crashes occur:

Gears of War: Judgement - At the very beginning of the first level

Gears of War 4 - Very surprised at this one as it is at the very beginning of the first level again

Halo 2 - Beginning of the Cairo mission (in essence at the beginning of the first level as the only bit before this is the tutorial, such as it is)

Now, I 'could' go through my library to see which other games crash but since this seems to occur over multiple games I suspect this may be a console error.

I have tried restarting the console, resetting the console to factory settings, changing the resolution, reinstalling the games (both normally and via the factory reset), unplugging the console for a period of time. I am now unsure how to proceed at this point.

I will say that I am most surprised at the types of games that are crashing since these are xbox exclusive titles for the most part.

Any help would be welcome.
