    hello my xbox one doesnt start games anymore since i had a freeze yesterday,it shows me an error message with an unknown error code,your database didnt found the code. also my green starting screen is full with pixels, dont know the english word.we call
    it verpixelt in germany.i made an hard reset, factory reset ,and change the one to slow startup,nothing works. the error code ( 0xc0350006)

    I received the same error code, but when I type it into the error code roster, it claims its and unknown error code.

    I have overwatch on disc and It won't start, the rest of the games I have are downloaded and those won't start up either.

    Something went wrong...

    bro me to. Like out of no where. one second I was playing it. quit the game. I tried to start it and same error. and xbox doesnt even have the error code on file that the game gives us for xbox errorhelp. And this wont start on PC either. I own this 100$
    game.. Let me play!!!!

    Very sorry to hear about the issue. I recommend trying an
    Offline System Update     to see if manually reloading an update will help. You will need a USB drive to perform this solution, and you may need to attempt it a few times. If that does not resolve the issue, your Xbox One unfortunately may need to be repaired.
    To start the repair process, head on over to our
    Microsoft Device Support     page.

    This is starting to grind a bit. What's the point in having error codes if xbox claims there's no support for them!?!
