    Xbox One games crashing to Home/Dashboard.


    All games have started crashing after 15-45 minutes of gameplay. They crash back to home and the game tile is as if I had never started the game. BF4 and Titanfall. Any known fixes? Hard reboot (and even unplugging everything) does not work for me, it only
    increases the play time from 15-45 up to 30-60 minutes.

    Requesting replacement today. Will update on whether the replacement console fixes the issue. Until then, any fixes besides reboot?

    Xbox Fitness Crashing

    Xbox Fitness crashes mid workout all the time. Currently it's hard to make it through even a 10 minute workout without it crashing to the home page. PLEASE FIX. It ruins the work out and you don't record your points. Games/Apps should not be crashing
    frequently. The crashing to dashboard problem is by far the most widespread problem. There are countless posts about it. PLEASE FIX!

    Thanks, I'll try this when I get home. I am having problems with DR3 crashing and going back to the dashboard.

    Sorry to hear about the game crash issues and thank you for the detailed post. I recommend trying a few additional troubleshooting steps if you haven't replaced you console yet.

    Please give the following steps a try:



    • Try Uninstalling and reinstalling Titanfall or Battlefield.
    • Once you have reinstalled the game, press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
    • Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
    • Wait 5 minutes and the plug in your console.
    • Power on your console and try loading the game that you have reinstalled.

    Give the suggested steps a try and let us know if you are still experiencing the crashing issues.

    Brand new Xbox one s crashes and restarts or turns off

    same on my one s, resets after starting a game, dashboard home crashes, if I was in the store home screen crashes and pressing guide bitton results in a errorcode being shown with no real cure except for a gard reset of the box...

    I switched from a vanilla xbox one to the s due to hardware failure and noq this crap...

    Ori not that hard...

    Sometimes the game will not launch and will send you back to the Home Dashboard. But that seldomly happens now, it only happened when the game first came out. As for the game, I have to say it appears easier than Doritos Crash Course 2 on Xbox 360. I mainly
    only have fun and be silly in the game, why not? rather than run straight to the finish. Also have other stuff I like to do on Xbox but this is one of my favourite Xbox 1 games. This game is exclusive to Xbox, sorry pal. Microsoft and game devs do release
    Updates to help fix performance issues. I've had Xbox 1 since 22/11/2013 and it doesn't crash crash crash one me. It would kind of be funny and sad at the same time, if it did.
