xbox one games crashing since last firmware update

ok so since the last update my xbox one was fine running games. its literally 3 months old. assassins creed syndicate was constantly doing it every day when i got so far in missions so i asked for a refund and i am getting one. surely i can not be the only
one experiencing hard freezes and the game will quit to the dashboard or sometimes the xb1 will reboot itself. if it isnt broke dont try "fix it" we need a new firmware released and not forced into downloading them for "bug fixes" not to mention party chats
drop or say networking settings or the chats blocked even though i have an open nat type. this firmware is the buggiest by far opinions or feedback anyone? .... black ops 3 does it sometimes just no where near as much as ac syndicate did it

Star Wars: Battlefront II (X1)

Since an update a while ago it regularly causes my Xbox One X to hard crash and turn off completely. Only game that does this.

Need to try this update out - but hope it has fixed those crashes.

 

Anyone else having a problem with the new update

Since the last update, my xbox has been freezing and crashing. I'm very frustrated.

Op,not experienced any of the issues you've posted.

Have you tried a hard reset?

 

tried everything daft badger its the previous firmware a problem with it. happens to some of my friends also. but mind you we got the new firmware wonder if it fixed the issue ive no clue as of yet .... and help with what censoredboat72? i know enough but
