    Xbox one games can't record progress


    My xbox one console can't record the game progress,such as when i play Kinect Sports Rivals,it need me to snap my digit DNA with kinect everytime. and when i play it next time,it take me to do it again and what the
    gold coin i got is also lost. all the game in my xbox had the same bug.What can't i do to fix the trouble.

    Can't record Xbox one game DVR clips

    Hello,

    Since the new Xbox one system came out I'm not able to record the last 30 seconds. When I press the Xbox button 2 times I should be able to press "Y" or "X" Y= to make a screenshot X= to record the last 30 seconds. But when I do that now it isn't there I
    don't have a option to press "Y" or "X" . Can you guys fix this?

    Can't record Xbox one game DVR clips

    Hi

    If you have not already done so please try and carry out a console hard reset by pressing and holding the power button on the front of the console for 5-10 seconds and once the console has shut down unplug it for 5 minutes.

    Once you have restarted the console let us know how you get on.
