Xbox one games are missing from my games list

Discus and support Xbox one games are missing from my games list in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Seems every when we login to the account we're missing 1/2 of our games from our account.     Xbox one games are missing from my games list


    Seems every when we login to the account we're missing 1/2 of our games from our account. I see that this is a known issue for years but I don't see where there is anything posted for a solution.

    If I missed the solution please share it with me so I can fix the issue and get back to loving Xbox vs hating them.

    I notice this thread was 9 months ago. I'm having the same problem. Has there been a fix?

    The same thing happens here. I noticed that after the migration from xbox store to windows store, all Xbox One games purchases do not show on My Games. However all games work fine. I suspect that the licences are stored somewhere else than the older ones,
    so they are not visible right now. Let's hope it gets corrected soon.

    Microsoft Commerce account?

    I'd like to add that I am facing a very different problem. All the purchases I've made in my Microsoft Account are not visible to me. It shows like if I had never bought anything in the xbox/windows store! I made this topic to see if someone can help:
