Xbox one games are missing from my games list

Hello,

I purchased several xbox one games or dlc : dark souls 2, assassin's creed black flag freedom cry, wwe2k16 (games with gold) and earthlock festival of magic (games with gold) but there are not in my games list at account.xbox.com/MyGames. Why ?

Games missing from list of games played

Over the last few weeks, I've noticed that new games that I've started on Xbox One haven't been showing up in my list of games played. I started a new Xbox 360 game, and it's on my list on both consoles, but my new Xbox One games haven't been showing up,
with the exception of Wheel of Fortune, which I started last night.

The games that are missing are:

EA SPORTS Rory McIlroy PGA TOUR

South Park: The Stick of Truth (Xbox One)

The Walking Dead Collection - The Telltale Series

Any ideas on how to fix this? The games are not missing from my achievement count on TrueAchievements, nor are they missing from my Gamerscore. I just don't see them in my list of games played. Now, if I'm actually playing the game, I can go in and check
my achievements and progress towards the ones that aren't unlocked, but from the main achievement screen on the Xbox One, I do not see these 3 games.

Missing games in ready to install

I'm missing 180+ games from my ready to install list.

Only one game, APB:Reloaded remains.

This is known issue and is being looked into by the appropriate teams. In the meantime, are you able to find your purchases on your
Microsoft Commerce account?

The same thing happens here. I noticed that after the migration from xbox store to windows store, all Xbox One games purchases do not show on My Games. However all games work fine. I suspect that the licences are stored somewhere else than the older ones,
so they are not visible right now. Let's hope it gets corrected soon.

 

I'd like to add that I am facing a very different problem. All the purchases I've made in my Microsoft Account are not visible to me. It shows like if I had never bought anything in the xbox/windows store! I made this topic to see if someone can help:

Sorry for my late reply. Yes, I'm able to find my purchases on my Microsoft Commerce account (except the games with gold free each month i don't see). I have not this issue with game code purchased from retailler.

I'm still waiting for somebody fix it.

I notice this thread was 9 months ago. I'm having the same problem. Has there been a fix?

 

Same issue here. All the games for gold that I've added for the last few years are missing.

 

Try checking your Ready to Install section.

Also, you can always reinstall the game once you've purchased the game from the store.

If that doesn't work, please make a new thread with the problems you have or you could contact
Xbox Support directly.

 

xbox support is useless went to them first cuase of missing games with gold games, been waiting for response for over two weeks, and now minecraft stopped working
