    Hi!

    Xbox One seems to currently be having issues with changing Gamertags if it was bought via console. The solution however is simply to buy the change on PC instead! If you have already bought the change on console and nothing happened don't worry, you're
    covered. Head on over to chat support or call Xbox up, and the staff is more than happy to give a refund for the first one and all you have to do is rebuy on PC. Hope this helps, bump for our poor fellow distraught gamers floating out there!

    Error 8015401D. I've had this error (or a similar one to it) but it was for gamertag changing (Which Xbox Support didn't know how to fix, so listen up Microsoft) all I did was change my email. I don't know if it will help you out. But it did for me. (HEAR

    its not necessarily DOWN, per se, but they changed the system where you can't enter chat or call them much anymore, you have to request a call back to you from them.
