    Xbox one gamerscore reset


    My gamerscore was reset out of nowhere. It still shows the games I played yet they all have 0 gamerscore earned. I don't know why this happened but I earned them all legit? Any ideas on why it was reset and is it possible to recover? This didn't occur until
    i was on Xbox one

    Modded Gamerscore

    No one here can.Only the enforcement team can reset gamerscores.

    You can't request a gamerscore reset but if your gamerscore is modded it will get reset eventually.

    You cannot lose achievements just for one game. If any Gamerscore is modded in one game, all of it gets a reset. As much as you may want Gamerscore to be reset for only one game, it's not possible. You cannot appeal a Gamerscore reset, and so won't get any
    Gamerscore back.

    It doesn't look like you modded you should contact xbox support especially because you never received a Enforcement case and an email to confirm such actions.

    I don't see a proper punishment here, try and get a hold of xbox support to sort out this problem because it couldn't be modding or tampering, it must be a bug

    Xbox one gamerscore reset

    the achievements for the games you have listed have in fact never been unlocked and all achievements that were do infact have a time stamp but as I am an ambassador as well we should leave this to the right people with the actual power to do so.

    The right people have already dealt with this which is why the op has had a Gamerscore reset for the modded achievements on several games.

    The op has been answered in at least 2 threads,both verified by official members of staff.

    The fact that you are both friends with the op & trying to make out he has done nothing wrong when the evidence is clearly there for anyone to see is not helping at all.

    You can post all you want,the op is not getting their Gamerscore back.Gamerscore resets are final & never reversed.They are only issued after a thorough investigation,as an ambassador this is something you should already know.

    Mod Menus, Infections, Hacks and More Importantly Regret

    Just to add that when you get a Gamerscore reset all your xbox 360 game achievements will be reset,not any xbox one games,as xbox one games achievements work differently & can't be modded.

    If/when you do receive a Gamerscore reset you will not be able to re earn any reset achievements on that account again.

    so i just spoke with an Xbox gamer on the support site amd he said that he asked Xbox and replyed by saying that i have been modding gamerscore which isnt true nor did even know that was possible until today dies this mean that i wont receive my gamerscore
