Your on a limited internet connection and your installing a game off a disc. Did you know? your Xbox One when it connects to the internet downloads 40 - 60 GBs every time you install a game aswell as the game update which is 15GBs.

The only way to prevent this problem at the moment is to go into Offline Mode restart your Xbox then install the game. But why should you have to do that?

If they fix this everyone can move to Xbox One without using up all there internet.

Xbox 360 could install games easily without using internet bandwidth. The only thing you had to download were
DLCs and Game Updates why cant Xbox One be the same.

Tell Microsoft and the Xbox Team about it so they can hunt the solution down. I did and every
    Xbox One owner should too.

We need to get this fixed all of us! -

    :)

    Hey dude,

Thats not true. I'm also on a limited connection, and can 100% confirm that it does not download anything of that size when you install a game. I'd use up my data limit within minutes if that was the case, as I install a new game nearly every week

The only difference between installing offline and online, is that when you install online, it also updates the game at the same time. If the game has an update that is huge (say like Halo MCC did), then yeah, it will use a lot of data as it is updating
whilst installing, but this is definiately not for every game. Installing offline just speeds the process up, as its not downloading and installing an update at the same time as the game, however when you go back online, you will still need to go through that
update, it will just be seperate to the install.

There is a case where updates have been going over 100%, which could be the issue you are refferring to. The support team are already looking into this issue from what I've heard, and will hopefully see it fixed soon Xbox One Gamers Rally Up! :)

Rest assured though, that it does not download anything of that size when you install a game Xbox One Gamers Rally Up! :) we down here in australia would be *** if that was the case, as our data limits are terrible lol

    Cheers

    Hey mate,

That is very strange. What game have you recently installed? Like I said, some games do have a massive update to begin with, like Halo MCC had an update that was 20gb's, Halo 5 had a 9gb I think, and other games also do. The reason being is that blu-ray
discs can only store so much information, so for Halo MCC for example, they actually only had the single player content on disc and the rest was available as an update.

Did anything abnormal happen when you were installing? Its definiately not normal, so hopefully we can get to the bottom of it to prevent it happening again Xbox One Gamers Rally Up! :)

    Cheers

    Raise your voice.

It must really suck when you try to rally the troops and no one seems to give a s**t. I'm good with the Xbox One. Can't wait to fire it up. Good luck in your campaign.

WRC - no wheel support XBOX ONE

I stopped buying those official WRC games after the third one. I think the second one was best. Then it went in the wrong direction. The best new rally game right now is DiRT Rally on Steam Early Access. Codemasters is doing a real simulation this time.
It might finally be a better rally game than Richard Burns Rally.
