    Xbox one Gamerpics


    I have finally got around to getting the xbox one but once I had set it up I noticed a few issues. The Gamerpics are not loading not my own and not my friends either. If I go into settings->About me->Customise profile->Change gamerpic it comes up saying
    "Try again in a moment we cannot get the list of gamerpics right now" this has been occuring for three days. is there any help you can provide? I have also noticed that some adverts are blank too, is this possibly connected?

    Anyone else disappointed by the lack of Gamerpics on Xbox One?

    I understand there are other, more important things, for MS and us to be concerned about. I also understand not everyone cares, but what's up with the lack of Gamerpics on Xbox One?

    It's been over a year and half since the launch of the Xbox One, and there's rarely any Gamerpics. Not only is there a lack of Gamerpics, but the ones that are there suck ass imo. None are game-related, and they're all some weird ass, trippy, art-work.

    What is this?

    The Xbox 360 didn't launch with a lot of Gamerpics either, but the 360 Gamerpic library built up insanely fast, and there were actual game-related pics. Even if it wasn't game-related, most of them were pretty cool.

    The Xbox 360 currently has a library of over 22,000 Gamerpics.

    Xbox one Gamerpics

    Hi there,

    have you tried a power cycle of the console, to see if it fixes anything, see the steps here:

    support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console

    If that doesn't help anything , I would think that this could be connection issue, since data could not be retrieved for the gamerpics and adverts are having issues too.

    How is the console connected, via Wifi or via a wire?

    Avatar not showing on live site and gamerpicture different.

    I'm not sure about the avatar, but the gamerpic is an Xbox One gamerpic. The website has been updated to show Xbox One gamerpics in some areas instead of 360 gamerpics. If you don't have a One, you're given a default gamerpic. Gamercards have not been updated
    to show Xbox One information which is why it's still a 360 gamerpic.

    You can't.Once you change your gamerpic on the xbox one you are stuck with either the xbox one gamerpics or an avatar gamerpic.

    Hey there darkfalco Mx.

    Are you referring to your Xbox One Gamerpic? I'm afraid Xbox 360 Gamerpics do not carry over to the Xbox One and if you have already chosen an Xbox One Gamerpic, there isn't an option to revert back to an Xbox 360 Gamerpic. Thanks for your understanding!

    Hey mate,

    All of the gamerpics have updated with the xbox one. When I updated to xbox one, my gamerpic went into a tiny picture as the quality of the 360 gamerpic is a lot less then the xbox one. Unfortunatley, you'll have to update to one of the new xbox one gamerpics
    if you want to maintain the quality. Also, once you switch to a new gamerpic, you can't go back :(
