Xbox One gamerpic problem

So i've made a new avatar and i took a profile picture but it's not showing up it's still my old avatar gamerpic. i took it nultiple times but it's still the old one. Is there a way to fix this?

Halo 4 'gamerpic' on Xbox One

I got a Halo 4 'gamerpic' with my Limited Edition Halo 4 Xbox-360. It transferred over to my new Xbox-One with no problem. I have been using this Halo 4 'gamerpic' on the Xbox-One since day one. Today, I was setting up a 2nd account on my Xbox-One and was
checking out some of the other 'gamerpics' only to discover that my Halo 4 'gamerpic' was now complete gone. There was
no warning, it's was just gone. I had a long chat session with Xbox support only to have to prove to them that I actually had a Halo 4 'gamerpic'. They point me to Halo Forums, saying the was a "Game Development" problem.... Really? It's a
'gamerpic'. Seem more like an Xbox-One problem. Or, maybe it's one of those Microsoft 'Cloud' issues. Either case, I want my Halo 4 'gamerpic' back. I paid for it....

 

Anyone else disappointed by the lack of Gamerpics on Xbox One?

I understand there are other, more important things, for MS and us to be concerned about. I also understand not everyone cares, but what's up with the lack of Gamerpics on Xbox One?

It's been over a year and half since the launch of the Xbox One, and there's rarely any Gamerpics. Not only is there a lack of Gamerpics, but the ones that are there suck ass imo. None are game-related, and they're all some weird ass, trippy, art-work.

What is this?





The Xbox 360 didn't launch with a lot of Gamerpics either, but the 360 Gamerpic library built up insanely fast, and there were actual game-related pics. Even if it wasn't game-related, most of them were pretty cool.

The Xbox 360 currently has a library of over 22,000 Gamerpics.

Just to confirm - do you mean that your new profile picture is not showing anywhere? i.e, not on the forums, console or website?

 

Yup it's not showing at all, it's still my old avatar picture

Do you still have an Xbox 360 console lying around? It might be useful to troubleshoot this issue by seeing if it will update if you edit it from the Xbox 360, then see if it updates on the Xbox One.

alright thanks. i heard that maybe it's because my avatar is wearing something that can't be used in a gamerpic i heard that in the forums, i don't know if it's true or not

 

I have taken a look around and the only issues found surrounding this was waiting for the gamer pictures to update for friends, which only takes a few minutes at most, so it isn't related to the issue here.

It does seem like it may be quicker to contact official Support here:
