Xbox one Gamer Picture Not Showing, Blank Square! HELP! :(

Hi all,

Just turned my xbox one on last night and found that my gamer picture section on my dashboard was just blank? I've changed the gamer picture to see if it would resolve the problem, but nothing. Also, changed the gamer picture online to see if that helped
- but still nothing

Anyone got any ideas? Very annoying, it is literally a blank box were the gamer picture should show!

Can't get my game history to show up on my gamercard.

On my gamercard, there are five squares that show your recently played games. However, my games aren't showing up and the squares are blank. I have already set my game history and profile sharing to everyone.

Is there anything else I can do?

 

Game pictures are disappearing from my games and apps list

Recently I've noticed a bunch of my games have blank squares instead of the usual pictures. The games still work fine but I can't seem to get the pictures back. Had this happened to anyone else and is there a way to fix it?

 

did you try holding down the power button for ten seconds , then rebooting the xbox ? try this first then we can try some other things

Having the same issue man, and also my kinect all of a sudden keeps telling me " your kinect is ready to go" so I start the noise test and all that but no sound comes out during the test and it tells me to make sure my kinect is plugged in... please HELP

I have this exact problem, I have tired everything but still can't get my gamer picture to display. I thought I was the only one until now.

 

Please try to delete your profile from your box and then download it again. As all save games are stored in the cloud there will be no dataloss for you. Maybe this helps as your gamer pic will be downloaded by this again, too.

Does anyone know how to actually make the gamer-picture disappear? If you did I would be able to help you a bit more, and I am curious to know how to make it invisible, thanks!
