    Xbox One gamer picture missing from the home screen.


    Recently on my home screen I noticed that my gamer picture was blank. And has remained so ever since. It is nothing major, just a little annoying as I like the look of my gamer picture and seeing it on the home screen makes it feel that bit more customized
    and personal. So I want to no if anyone else is having the same problem. Thanks

    titanfall wont load

    Hi. I recently installed titanfall on my xbox one but the game wont start up for some reason. The picture comes up on the screen and then it will just return to the xbox one home screen without loading. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks

    whenever I exit one saved game to move to a different one, the game send me to the home screen and my picture will blackout. needs an update.

    Have you tried a hard reboot? lol jokes. Have you tried selecting a different one and then changing back to what you had?

    Is the pic gone or can you reselect it when clicking set gamerpic?

    That's what I was wondering - have you tried changing to another gamerpic and back again? Or doing a hard-reboot? To answer your question, OP, this has not happened to me - but I have had a similar issue where both my pins and the Store didn't show up...

    I have tried changing it to another, that didn't work. And I have done a hard reboot (holding the power button for 5 seconds then unplugging it from the back for 30 seconds) still nothing.

    Not yet but I think that is the next step. I'm kinda tired of contacting them, the problems I have encountered with my xbox one has been plentiful to say the least. But thanks anyway dude.

    Finally somebody with the same problem as I have !!!

    My gamerpic is also just gone from the home screen. Been gone for a month or so...

    Or actually all home screen gamerpics do not load, but are loading/working fine in other places (just not in the left upper corner on the home screen).

    Did you find a solution dude ?
